A lot of times people have their own painters. They like to use their flooring people so they can do their own floors.
You could save money that way…having your own flooring people and your own painter, but I can provide those things also. So it’s almost a complete turnkey item.
You know, when you’re doing a kitchen remodel, you need to pick up your own appliances. You choose those types of things yourself because those are personal things. I can’t pick them out for you. And then you give us the information on all the appliances that you purchase and we incorporate them into custom cabinets so they fit beautifully in the remodel. This is part of the personal touch. I do work on the jobs myself. I’m going to run your job. I’ll be in charge of everything. I don’t take on too many jobs at one time because I don’t like not showing up at your house and being out of control. I meet all the inspectors and make sure your job is final at the end without any problems.
