First of all, purchasing certain things that we mentioned before, perhaps light fixtures, appliances, sinks, toilets, those type of things that you pick out personally for yourself. You need to know when to buy them. Well, I keep you in touch with all those things. We have a great line of communication between you and me. So you will have plenty of time to purchase all of those personal choice appliances cause I’ll let you know exactly what they are.Sometimes, certain rooms we don’t work in until we have to, because you might be living in them or you might have certain items that need to be moved for insurance reasons. We let you know days before that we’ll be working in this room or that room on any given day. That gives you time to unload perhaps a closet or whatever…put stuff away so you don’t feel left out and not know what room we’re going to work in first when we get to your project.
A lot of times, we start your project and if it’s a room addition, we’re able to do quite a bit of the outside work before we have to come inside and do work and we let you know exactly when that takes place. Perhaps we do the demolition outside and cleanup and concrete work and start most of the framing outside before we have to enter your home adjacent to where the room addition is and start working. You’re fully informed through the whole process so there’s no surprises and and you have plenty of time to prepare.
