Is your family outgrowing your home and you love your neighborhood so you don’t want to move? Add on instead of moving. It is less expensive and easier then you think.
Most people interested in adding an addition and remodeling their home do not know how to get started. Often they think they have to get plans done and have an architect do that. An architect is not usually necessary and can cost you lots of extra money for your project.
A simple designer (draftsman) is more qualified and less expensive in a lot of cases. We have this designer available and he works with an engineering firm that will be required for the permit process.
We can come out and meet with you to see the scope of what you are thinking of doing. There is no charge for this consultation. If your project is not too large or complicated we can figure the price without plans. This saves you money if you just want an estimate to see where you are at. If your project is going to be large or 2nd story chances are you will need preliminary plans for estimates. We can arrange preliminary plans to be drawn at a reasonable price for you.
