You have to go to your homeowners’ meetings and find out what they want from you and if you can do the project the way you have it designed.

So these are things you have to find out as a homeowner if you belong in an association. When the project proceeds however, they might want a certain amount of plans and other details and perhaps they might even want to meet with the contractor.
We provide you with the plans that you need and anything else that they might need. I’d be more than happy to participate in one of your meetings if need be.
